Server warranty renewals:
We want to make sure your critical operations continue with minimal downtime by making sure all servers are under warranty for expedited repair in the event that a physical machine goes down. Your VCIO will review your servers and build you quotes to either renew warranties or replace machines that wouldn't be able to be repaired in the event of system failure.
Security Risk Assessments:
Our projects team will do an annual scan of your network to identify vulnerabilities and areas of improvement to lock down your system proactively, mitigating the risks of exposure as much as possible and making it easier to recover if an incident does occur.
Windows 10 to 11 migrations:
The time has come to retire Windows 10 and welcome Windows 11 into our lives. If you haven't already upgraded, our project's team will be reaching out over the next 6 months to quote and schedule your upgrades (if applicable) or replacements (if necessary). As the time of Windows 10 comes to an end, so do security patches for the operating system, making it crucial that we get your team on the new operating system before those patches are discontinued.
