We're starting this month’s blog with a special shoutout to one of our longest tenured employees: Joey Knowles (who started as a Level II engineer at BT in 2010) has been promoted to our first-ever "Director of Innovation." This position was created to lead our efforts in creating automation practices and standards that proactively and continuously support and secure our clients' technology environments. Dedicating an experienced engineer to this role has been a long-term goal for our organization, and we're thrilled to have Joey leading the way.
