CRITICAL Apple Security Update

You may have seen some stories over the weekend regarding a critical security update for iPhones and iPads.
Apple released this update late last week to patch newly discovered vulnerabilities in their iOS software. The flaw can be exploited to deliver powerful malware on a "zero click" basis - meaning you wouldn't necessarily need to click on a link to be affected.
While this malware is most likely designed to target government employees, journalists, and others with potentially sensitive information on their devices, we highly recommend that everyone with a iPhone or iPad install this security update as soon as possible.
To install the update, open Settings on your Apple device, then select "General", then select "Software Update". Tap to start the installation of the iOS 16.6.1 software update.
If you don't see the update, open "About" in your General Settings page to check if your device has automatically upgraded (this would be a good thing!) If you still don't see an update, try restarting your device and the update should pop up as available.
