Craig Bacheler founded Bacheler Technologies as a one man shop and has grown the company from its humble beginnings to what it is now, with 2 locations and 25+ employees all focused on providing the best possible support to your network. Craig’s vision is to provide GREAT service and develop mutually beneficial partnerships with our clients.

Daniel Nelson
Chief Executive Officer
Daniel Nelson is the Chief Executive Officer and co-owner of Bacheler Technologies. MCSE certified and an Auburn University graduate, Daniel has worked in the company as help desk manager, a level 3, and now the CEO of the company. He works with all departments to ensure Bacheler is delivering the best quality of service possible across all of our support offerings.

Brian Davis
Chief Operating Officer
Brian Davis joined our team in May 2024 as our COO. His strong leadership and organizational skills have raised the bar for all areas of our organization. Brian holds numerous certifications in the IT field, and brings a spirit of helpfulness and encouragement that embodies our core value and motivates the team around him.

Joey Knowles
Director of Innovation
Joey Knowles joined Bacheler Technologies in 2010 as a Level 2 Engineer. He is now Director of Innovation, a new position created to lead our efforts in creating automation practices and standards that proactively support and secure our client’s technology environments. Joey is a graduate of Auburn University - Montgomery.

Justin Gilliam
Operations Manager - Nashville
Justin Gilliam began as co-owner and Technical Services Manager with JeterIT at its inception in 2015. In 2022 JeterIT merged with Bacheler Technologies and Justin is now co-owner and Manager of Operations at the Nashville branch. Justin oversees operations to ensure the best service possible is provided to our Nashville clients.

Katie Dulak
Support Team Manager
Katie Dulak became a member of the Bacheler Technologies team in 2018. An Auburn University graduate, Katie’s role is to manage the support team, made up of technicians from Level 1 to Level 3. This team provides your day-to-day services as they relate to desktop and network support.
